I can't provide you the steps because I have not yet tested them with a multi-channel clip. If you read through the information below, you should switch between the channels and choose which channel is exported to your video. Below are the descriptions for each property. In the Properties window, there are two properties named Channel Filter and Channel Mapping. This would be fine, but if I'm clipping throughout the videos, it might be tedious to trim and sync everything up nicely.
If this is not doable, does anyone have recommendations for a video editor I can do this with, or another way to accomplish it? A friend told me to use handbrake to rip both audio tracks, delete the audio from the main video, and then line up the track I want to use in Openshot. Ideally I just want to be able to switch between them. I did some googling and someone else said you cannot mix 2 audio tracks in the same video, which would be okay. I'm not exactly sure what it does to be honest. I've tried right clicking the clip and selecting "Separate Audio" with both options (Single Track and Multiple Tracks), but it doesnt seem to give me the 2 audio tracks. I was wondering if there is a way to easily select the audio track I want to use from the 2? Also curious if I can use both at the same time. When I bring these recordings into OpenShot, it only plays the PC audio for me.

This is similar to if you have a movie with the audio in multiple languages. I have some video recordings, and when I open them in VLC or MPC-HC, I can right click and select between the 2 audio tracks, if I want to hear the mic or the PC audio. I've been recording some game play using Geforce Experience, and it has an option to record the Mic audio on a separate track from the PC audio, which I've been using.
